Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consulting, training, and speaking services are scheduled based on availability and preparation time.

  • Consulting sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to be rescheduled.

  • Missed or late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

  • Training registrations may be transferred to a future session at the discretion of Aligning Intelligence.

  • Speaking engagement deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

All refund considerations are handled on a case-by-case basis with fairness and discretion.
